PCT’s safety expertise was born out of necessity. As our company designed and built custom industrial equipment, including electron beams, it quickly became apparent that PCT needed to take charge of our machine safety. Custom equipment requires tailored safety solutions, and no one knows our equipment better than the engineers who designed it. Additionally, including safety in the original design concept makes for a cleaner design, better operation, lower cost, and a seamless transition from design to manufacturing to installation for our customers. Over 30 years later, PCT is still providing comprehensive safety solutions to our customers using our mechanical and electrical engineering services. With Functional Safety Engineers on staff (TÜV Rheinland, Machinery), our team offers consulting, safety assessments, and engineering/design through to implementation.
